Q.)  HOW DO I GO ABOUT STARTING MY OWN BUSINESS?

•  You start buy buying the business package off of us  - depending on which one you want - plus $10.00 shipping and handling, 

• Once you have sold products from the catalogs you may fill the orders through me and I can have them sent directly to the client or to you for your client to pick up at your place of business.  Need more information contact me with any questions you may have. 

Q.) IF I BUY MORE THAN ONE ITEM, CAN I GET DISCOUNTED RATES ON SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

• Currently our store is set up for shipping and handling on each item listed.  Therefore if you want to see about getting discounted rates on shipping for more than one item please contact us here at A and C Novelties with your order and we will be happy to see what discounts we could offer you so you would be satisfied with our service and refer us to all of your friends and family.  To do this please use our contact page or e-mail us at aandcnovelties@yahoo.com .

Q.)  CAN I RECEIVE A CATALOG AND START BUYING THE PRODUCTS BY MAIL INSTEAD OF ON-LINE?

• A and C Novelties is still expanding and is a small family owned company that just can not afford to give out catalogs to those who ask.  We would have to charge our clients for a catalog of the products we offer.  If for any reason you may still would like to request a catalog, please feel free to contact me and ask for the catalog.  Our big catalog is $16 that includes shipping.   

Q.)  MAY I PICK UP THE ITEM AT YOUR STORE?

• Here at A and C Novelties, we currently will not be accepting pick up at our store for we are an on-line business only.  We may concider opening a facility in the future. 

Q.)  ONCE YOUR STORE IS SET-UP HOW MAY WE ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS?

•            A and C Novelties will be excepting paypal. 
•          As for credit cards we are not currently accepting but you can use them through your PayPal account. 
•          You can also order our products through the mail by e-mailing your complete order to us here at A and C Novelties and we will see about  giving you a discount on shipping rates for more than 1 purchase.  We here believe that alot of Americans an others do not believe in trusting our money in the hands of a computer system.... and may not even have a credit card or bank account to attach to paypal and do most if not all their purchases by cash.  So for this reason we will offer our clients the chance to use money orders to buy the merchandise. 

Q.)  I want to start a wish list to save for future purchases... Can I save the items I want to order then on a later date pay for them?

•         Sure.  We will gladly take your order by e-mail and save it for a future order.  We here at A and C Novelties will also e-mail you,  to remind you of your wish list to see if there is anything you may want to change.  To e-mail your order simply send me the item number before the item name to: aandcnovelties@yahoo.com

Q.)  I am a business and would like to buy your items to resale in my own stores.  How may I do that?

•   Send your items to me via-email and we will discount your purchases to our wholeseller prices.  Shipping and Handling will still apply.  If you wish to continue your order after the discounts have been added we will put your order in a package with your name and you can buy it on-line or by money order.  Even for our business deals we do not wish to accept checks for that we do not wish to know any personal financual information about you.  Checks have that information on the bottom and we feel the best way to secure your information is just not knowing it in the first place.
• You will receive your order directly to your store or warehouse if you wish by ground shipping unless you want it shipped rush (extra charges will apply) by US Mail, UPS, or even FEDEX.
