HERE ARE SOME FAQ'S WHICH MAY ANSWER SOME OF

YOUR QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS.

    ~Where do you get your merchandise?

       We get our merchandise from several

        wholesale suppliers across the country.

       We do not use liquidators or salvage operations.

       All of our merchandise is legitimate and in good

       condition.  95% of our merchandise is brand new.

     ~ Do you ever sell refurbished items?

         Yes we occasionally sell refurbished items that

         come directly from our base of solid suppliers.

         When we do sell refurbished merchandise, it will

         be clearly labeled as such and contain no warranty.

         The return procedure and policy will be the same as

         all other merchandise.  We will always try to make the

         best possible deal on refurbs. 

     ~  Do you offer reduced shipping for orders containing more

         than one item?

         Yes, as of right now we reduce the shipping by 10% for the second

         item forward.  This process is being evaluated and is subject to 

         change.

      ~ Can my order be cancelled once I have placed it and paid for it?

          All cancellations within 48 hours of ordering, 

          will be accepted.  We cannot guarantee any cancellations after the

          48 hour period will be successful. In the event that an order is not 

          cancelled within the 48 hour period, simply return the item  for a 

          full refund.  We are not responsible for return shipping on items

          cancelled after the 48 period has expired.

          We encourage thoughtful shopping whenever possible, comparison 

          shopping is always helpful in making a final decision.

       ~ How will I recieve my refund?

          Your refund can be recieved in a number of ways, the deciding factor

          is method of payment, as that will be used as method of refund.

       ~ Is it safe to enter my personal information to place an order?

          Yes, all of your information remains secure, your personal info is

          not sold or shared with any company other than those you yourself

          are already affiliated with, such as Paypal, Visa, etc. 

        ~What types of payment do you accept?

           We accept paypal and visa/mastercard/discover via our paypal link.  Due 

           to recent issues regarding payments, this site will no longer accept checks

           or money orders.  Paypal is capable of accepting payments by credit card

           without a Paypal account.
